This Ford Dealership Gives a Free Bible, Flag and a Gun Voucher for Every Car You Buy

A Ford car dealership in South Carolina is offering quite an explosive freebie starter pack that screams ‘God Bless America’ with every car purchase.

In an attempt to boost sales, a particular car dealership launched a “God, Guns and America” promotion. As per the offer, with every Ford you drive home, you’ll receive the US flag, the Holy Bible and a $400 coupon to purchase for a Smith & Wesson AR-15-style rifle.

The idea came into play after the dealership’s marketing guy came up with a plan based on the local trends in the region. And one factor that stood out was– Hunting. They must have tried to tie the concept of hunting with a car and that’s what they ended up with.

You are not forced to get the gun though. If you don’t want the voucher to purchase a gun, the amount of money will be deducted from the price of your new vehicle.

General manager of Honea Path’s Carolina Ford dealer, Derrick Hughes has clarified well enough that they don’t embrace any political side through their promotion.

“We are not taking a political stance in any way shape or form, we are all country folk, God-fearing people. We are very patriotic people, believe in our country and salute our military.” Hugh said while speaking to WYFF.

Customers also have to undergo a thorough background check before purchasing a gun.
