Colorado School shooting: 8 wounded, 1 dead

Two students of the STEM School Highlands Ranch brought a handgun (or handguns) into the campus premises Tuesday afternoon and fired the weapon on their classmates, killing a teenager and injuring eight other students in the shabby encounter.

The place where the shooting took place is just 5 miles away from the columbine HIgh school, where the worst school massacre took place 20 years ago where 12 students and a teacher were killed. This is probably the 115th mass shooting in the US only in the year 2019.

Two suspects were arrested after the shooting as per the Sheriff’s tweet

#stemshooting Adult suspect has been identified as Devon Erickson, age 18. We will not be releasing any photos at this time as it could jeopardize this critical on-going invest. We still have interviews to conduct and we want to make sure we have the most accurate information

One of the parents lamented that this is tthe third time he had to pick his kids from a lockdown
