One of the well-known faces in the music world was Busbee. He died on Sunday, September 29th.

Incepted as Michael James Ryan, Busbee had reached heights in the field of music as a songwriter and producer. The cause of death is yet to be revealed as per sources.

Aaron Bay-Schuck and Tom Corson of Warner records said in an official statement to all that: “Today we lost Busbee, a dear friend, a business partner with his company Altadena, and one of the best and brightest creative minds in music. Busbee’s kindness and legacy will never be forgotten and our hearts and prayers go out to his family at this very difficult time.”

All through his career, Busbee collaborated with several renowned musicians like Christina Aguilera, Pink, Gwen Stefani, Lauren Alaina, Gavin DeGraw, Lady Antebellum, Adam Lambert, Kieth Urban, Rascal Flatts, and Shakira, etc.

When the news broke out several singers who were close to him shared their grievance and memories through social media.

Country star Maren Morris shared a pic of him and Busbee which she took it from an event backstage and captioned it saying: “This just doesn’t seem fair. I will always love you and the songs and albums I was lucky to make with you, Busbee. Rest well, my sweet friend,” with a heartbroken emoji.

Whereas singer Carly posted a video of her song, “Every little thing” which Busbee wrote along with her. She wrote stating: I sang ‘Every Little Thing’ tonight through broken tears with thousands of voices and cell phone lights in the air because I asked them to raise them up high so you could see them shining through heaven”. “What a beautiful sight it was. You gave my music a place in this work. I’ll cherish the 2 albums, songs, talks, laughs & memories we shared over the years. My heart is broken, but the legacy of your talents and your heart will live on in all of the artists and people you touched.”

Besides this, Alex Gaskarth wrote: “Thank you for your talent and for sharing a little bit of it with me. Glad I got to spend some time with you on this crazy ride.” Blake Shelton paid tribute Busbee, as well, with a tribute post that read,” I absolutely cannot accept the loss of mine and Gwen’s friend Michael (Busbee)…Too much to say for social media. Too much pain and unfairness period. I guess sometimes you gotta dig extra EXTRA deep for peace to continue to have faith. And I will because Michael ALWAYS had faith.”

This is a great loss for the music world and our love and prayers to his family and friends out there.
