Looks like a decade had gone when Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse grabbed the title of Strictly Come Dancing last year.
Despite the pandemic outbreak scenario, anticipations of who will be part of the upcoming competition have been doing rounds amidst fans.
The BBC has been expecting this scenario to be better by the end of summer so that they can kick start the next season.
As social distancing has been amended, it’s quite tough to have practice sessions. If this situation continues then they won’t be allowed to travel from one place to another to practice in studios.
Leaving all this apart, there are speculations which prominent face would make it to the live shows for 2020.
But let’s look into some of the celebs who would possibly make it.
Michelle Keegan
Michelle the former Coronation Street contestant is the most sought after name in the list of participants amongst the Strictly Dance judges.
Post filming for her recent Our Girl, Michelle is rumored to be on talks with the show as per sources and stated that: “Michelle ticks all the boxes. She’s glamorous, hugely popular and loves the show too.” “Producers are desperate to try and sign her up.”
Jamie Laing
It was unfortunate for Jamie back last year as he was out of the series when his move went wrong and was partnered up with Emmerdale Kelvin instead of Oti who surpassed her.
Now the panel of ‘Strictly Dance’ wishes to have back on board as per reports.
Another source stated that: “Jamie was devastated when he couldn’t carry on because of his nasty foot injury,” and “He went through a lot of physiotherapy to get well again [and] has been in contact with the BBC to confirm he’s fighting fit and that he’s more than able to take part in the next series.”
Chris Evans
The radio presenter Chris Evans was on cards for last year’s competition but later withdrew from it prior to the launch of the show.
To this he had shared that he suffered from a knee injury and said: “I’ve got an issue with my left meniscus.”
Well with no London Marathon and his injury being healed will Chris make it this year remains a question!
Stacey Solomon
Post Stacey’s partner Joe Swash was given ‘Dancing on Ice’ title it is now her turn to be making a mark for herself amidst ‘Strictly’ fans.
She had earlier told Good Housekeeping that: “she’d “love to do Strictly” and is a massive fan of the show.”
She continued saying: “I love the show, I love the outfits, the routines, and how the contestants go from one to 1,000.”
“But I would be the one that didn’t get it… Everybody would expect me to go on this journey, but I would be persistently the same after 10 weeks! I would just stay the same!”
