News broke when Trump’s office pronounced the ban of electronic flavored cigarettes on Wednesday. This is to make sure that these flavored ones are causing various epidemic effects on “Children, families, school, and communities stated the Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar. “

He also added saying, we can’t withstand such products and can’t be carefree as it has become “on-ramp to combustible cigarettes or nicotine addiction for a generation of youth.”

Talking to the reporters after a meeting with “Azar and Ned Sharpless,” the FDA acting commissioner, President Trump stated: “vaping has been very profitable and has become a giant business in a very short period of time.”

In addition to this, he said that people go into a state that smoking is good which is actually not. So we are trying to an extent to find a solution to this issue as it has sprung up newly, yet we will do our best to eradicate.

The President has promised “strong rules and regulations” and ensured to give further updates in the following week.

On the contrary, “The American Vaping Association stated that it is deeply saddened by the regulation as Trump has taken direction from “anti-vaping activists from the ex-Mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg.”

This ban will be a turning point and millions of people will quit smoking added AVP.

However, the regulation has been welcomed by many especially by the Governor of Michigan and stated that it is a “bold move” as they too have banned these flavored e-cigarettes to prevent vaping.

Another who spoke about it was Governor Gretchen Whitmer stating that: This is big news and it is happy that children, families and the society will be safeguarded from such products. He also said that: “Right now, companies are getting our kids hooked on nicotine by marketing flavors like apple juice, bubble gum, and candy.” The amendment in Michigan will be implemented in the days to come which will cover both online and offline selling of these e-cigarettes. But it was San Francisco who implemented this as they found many city supervisors dying during the month of June.
