Asians Acted Better than the Westerners, Say Reports

As the global pandemic is creating panic among the world countries, Wuhan, China, where the virus originated has reported that the number of new cases has gone considerably low in the past few days. With Italy’s death toll overtaking China’s, people are alarmed than ever before. Similarly, several European countries including Spain, Germany, and France also are having an increase in the number of reported cases of COVID-19 with a count of 28,572, 23,974, and 14,459 respectively. The governments of the UK and the US have also been criticized for their slow response to the growing crisis. Being the largest economies of the world, experts feel that the number of tests and the quality of treatment should have been at their best compared to the developing countries.

On the other hand, Asian countries such as India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand that are in close proximity to China have taken some of the best measures to contain the spread of the infection. With the numbers less than that of the western nations, the Asians have created a sense of urgency to contain Corona as much as possible.
