The Movie Plot – In Short

Johnny Depp plays the protagonist, Ichabod Crane, a police constable from New York, who is sent to investigate the decapitations at a place called Sleepy Hollow. People there seem to think that the murderer is the “undead apparition” of a man who rides a black horse. But Crane does not believe these stories and sets about investigating the killings. However, the number of victims keeps increasing. In time, the investigation comes to a close and Crane returns to New York.
