X-Men is coming under the same umbrella of MCU Will this pay off fantastically?
It was anticipated that one day Marvel Cinematic Universe would play its card and take over the X-Men (including The Fantastic four) which was owned by independent movie studio 20th Century Fox for decades.
One producer stated,
“There is no rush to bring the X-Men to the marketplace after this. And when they come back, it’s going to extend Marvel’s run another 10 years.”
Earlier we were very much excited hearing about merging Disney+Fox. Now X-men belong to Disney. Do you know what that means? The comic book characters will live under Marvel’s reign. Cool X-actions will be shown under MCU. It didn’t matter whether the X-Men would join the world of MCU or not. We prognosticated amazingly, but when exactly will it happen? though Comic-Con Panel was not announced publicly yet. Marvel and X-Men crossover are shockingly crazy. Well. Marvel will take the authority to make this movie happen.
Marvel Chief Kevin excitedly adds about X-Men ranking in MCU,
“The specifics of what it means remains to be seen, but overall it’s wonderful and it feels like these characters have come home. It will be nice to have what every other [intellectual property] holder that I can think of has, which is accessible to all their IPs. Imagine if Donald Duck was at another studio. Imagine if Goofy or Moana were someplace else and you didn’t have access to them even though they are yours.”
Marvel die-hard fans have to wait for a long time to watch an epic movie like Avengers: Endgame through the news stated MCU’s action how it started to rebuild its clan by adding new heroes, villains will pay off. It will start with the movie- Black Widow (in theatres on May 1, 2020) with a bang! Following that The Eternals, Shang-Chi, Black Panther 2, Doctor Strange 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be launching one by one covering the studio calendar for years.
