Only Blonde Actresses Are Paid the Most in 2019, According to Forbes

Hollywood has always showered people with great fortunes and whopping paychecks! And this time it has gotten bigger than ever with Forbes releasing the list of top-paid actors and actresses for 2019. While the men have taken home a total of $588.3 million, the women have bagged around $314.6 million in total. TV series, endorsements, and productions are some of the other fields these celebs have set foot on to earn this status. 

Well, it was none other than Scarlett Johansson who topped the list with her Marvel appearances joined by others such as Margot Robbie, Jennifer Anniston, Kaley Cuoco, etc. With a long list of blonde beauties leading the league, Sofia Vergara seems to be the only woman of color who made it to the list.

No matter how much we talk about equality and America being a free country, instances like these spark controversy on why the non-white actresses aren’t able to make as much as the native whites. On the contrary, this is not the case with the list of top-paid TV actresses released last year by Forbes that included a good number of women of color. Guess it might take years or even decades to get past this mainstream ideology of Hollywood.
