Though the increasing case of coronavirus has made business re-openings in the U.S fall behind in certain states, it has majorly impacted films and TV production processes.
Reports say in states like California, Georgia, and New York that the movies and TV shows that had been getting ready for production are still going even though major photos of regional projects are said to be delayed for few more months. Until now most of the projects have been filmed in overseas territories as COVID-19 has been soaring in the United States.
Eventually, though, the Californian governor Gavin Newsom has announced full shutdown across the state, questions have been arising for yet another halt. Several reports claim that the government’s plans for the entertainment world have not changed and there is no sign of it.
As per the official announcement of the state every single person “supporting the entertainment industries, studios, and other related establishments, provided they follow COVID-19 public health guidance around physical distancing” are considered “essential workers.”
Sources also say that stringent procedures in some way or the other help have controlled surrounding like restaurants or any indoor businesses that were requested to close doors again as testing is essential for the former.
