Vogue publisher Condé Nast sued Drake and 21 Savage for the fraudulent act of using the vogue cover to promote their new album ‘Her Loss.’ immediate action of stopping the use of fake cover is being enforced by Condé Nast and demanding a huge sum of $4 million dollars for the damages caused.
The ‘Take Care’ rapper, Drake, 36, shared a post where he was seen along with his brother 21 Savage, 30, on the magazine cover of Vogue on October 30. He captioned the post, “Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow!! Thanks @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment. Her Loss Nov 4th.”
The lawsuit against the two brothers claims that the rappers have not only distributed the fake cover page among their 135 followers on social media but also covered the metropolitan areas of North America.
The lawsuit also reads that the journalist and Editor-In-Chief Anna Wintour has no association in regard to the promotion of the new album ‘Her Loss’.
The publishing company cleared out by writing, “All of this is false. And none of it has been authorized by Condé Nast, Vogue magazine and its Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour have had no involvement in Her Loss or its promotion, and have not endorsed it in any way.”

]Rapper Drake recently filed a temporary restraining order against a woman who had been allegedly stalking his California home for years. According to Page Six, the woman was also accused of sending threatening emails, “Wishing him dead,” and even asking him to “Shoot himself and his son with a bullet.”
The accused, Mesha Collins, a 29-year-old woman was previously arrested in 2017 for breaking into Drake’s house. Collins has been harassing Drake since 2017, according to the court documents. Last year, Collins filed a $4 billion lawsuit against Drake, alleging defamation and invasion of privacy. However, the Grammy-award winner argued that he didn’t know her name until last summer.
“In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home when I was not there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name,” the rapper said in a statement. “I understand that [Collins] filed a lawsuit against me in August 2021. When this lawsuit was filed and served on me, I learned that Plaintiff is the same person who broke into my house in Los Angeles in April 2017,” Drake added.
The restraining order bars Collins from contacting or coming within 100 yards from Drake, his family, and his home.
