Britney Prepares Herself to Speak Up on Conservatorship in Court!

The famous American singer is known as “Princess of Pop” prepares herself to speak up on conservatorship in the court as it has controlled her life and the finances for 13 years. Her guardians, including her father, James Spears, were controlling Britney’s personal life and financial life.

During the hearing on Tuesday, Britney Spears attorney Sam Ingham III told judge Brenda Penny in a hearing Los Angeles Superior Court that “The conservatee has requested that I seek from the court a status hearing at which she can address the court directly.” He also added that the hearing would pertain to the “status of the conservatorship.”

Based on the request, Judge Penny set the hearing date on June 23 at 1.30 p.m. At Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles. Britney, the 39-year-old pop star, will be the first known to be spoken on the court. But Britney, through Ingham, created more requests for transparency in the court proceedings and documents of the conservatorship, and even on Tuesday’s hearing, she did not take part. While she is very cautious and thoughtful in dealing with the media, she has yet to request the court to end the conservatorship.
