Who Will Inherit Matthew Perry’s Residuals?

According to Charlie Douglas, a certified financial planner, there are a lot of possibilities to happen for Perry’s money. Firstly, Perry was a member of SAG-AFTRA and has contracts that help members list beneficiaries for residual payment after death. The second option is that his money will go to a trust instead of an individual.

Thirdly, if he has not named any beneficiary, it will allow the state law to inherit his estate plan. “It’s quite possible that not having a spouse or children, he didn’t [write in] anything,” Douglas said.
