Albus could turn invisible
The full extent of Dumbledore’s magic remains unknown. In Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, he gifted the invisibility cloak to Harry Potter. He got the invisibility cloak from James Potter in terms of examining it but not to use. In the same book, he reveals that he can turn invisible without the cloak. With the advanced version of the magic, he could cast a disillusionment charm that camouflages him completely.
He doesn’t need a wand at all
In Harry Potter movies, it is witnessed that Dumbledore can perform magic wandless or silent magic. Only a potential wizard can cast such a spell without wavering the hands. In many instances he used silent magic, he changed the banner, lits the candle, and brings the food to the table with a snap of his fingers during the feast at the great hall. He can understand Parseltongue

In Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince, Dumbledore can understand the conversation between Voldemort’s relatives and later he discusses it with Harry Potter.
