Kylie Jenner has been sued by Sheree Cosmetics for copying ‘Born to Sparkle’ make-up line. Reality TV star and make-up queen Kylie Jenner is being sued for stealing a cosmetic line. A company known as Sheree Cosmetics has sued Kylie and her company- Kylie Cosmetics, for stealing its “Born to Sparkle” make-up line, a report stated. In the documents obtained, the company claims that it has its own “Born to Sparkle” collection but Kylie started making her own “Born to Sparkle” eye-shadow with similar colors and the package.
Kylie released this collection on her birthday which features lip gloss, lipstick, lip liner, and glitter eyes and “Born to Sparkle” eyeshadow was part of that line. In an exclusive interview, Sheree Cosmetics founder Tiffany Herrmann said that she felt taking Kylie to the court was the only option in order to protect her company. Herrmann said that they feel the need to protect their business. They have worked really hard for it and just want to make it sure they protect Sheree Cosmetics and their ideas.
