The people of America can never forget Casey and her high-profile case. Casey Antony was brought into custody by the American cops after she was accused of killing her own daughter. Despite the fact that she was found not guilty of a man slaughtering and abusing her child, many theories suggested that Casey murdered her own 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Antony.
In 2020, Casey was reported to be writing a memoir, but it wasn’t confirmed. In 2022, a three-part limited series called “Casey Anthony: Where the Truth Lies,” which features Casey Antony, will start airing on Peacock on November 29. The documentary is expected to reveal what really happened to 2-year-old Caylee from the defender’s point of view. According to the documentary’s director, she believed it was her responsibility as a journalist and filmmaker to convey the truth without being biased.
“While having access to Casey was critical, it was even more important that we had complete editorial control over the outcome of the reporting we did. Casey did not see or give notes on the film. What emerges over the course of multiple interviews recorded over six months, is a startling psychological portrait of Casey Anthony and a complete narrative of what she says happened to her daughter weighed against multiple sources of potential evidence. I believe the result will surprise many, and cause the American public to look at this story in a new light,” said director Alexandra Dean.
