The champion of Love Island Jack Finham was caught by cops along with Ex on the Beach star Youssef Hassane for attending a party breaking ongoing pandemic rules.
They were seen hugging the other party attendees who entered paying £120 as ticket fare.
Finham was seen planting a kiss on a woman’s cheek.
Another clip was shared by Youssef and he stated that: “All like-minded people loving life and not a single mask in sight.”
The bash was allowed by the borough council which stated that it worries “measures agreed were not followed”.
This emerged as a stir of allegations from people for not following social distancing and now the Kent officials and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council are investigating the party.
The cops made a visit at the Swan pub, in West Malling, Kent the previous weekend to “remind people about social distancing”.
The event organizers had vowed on prior that: “We will be adhering to Covid-19 guidelines.”
But the representatives from the council stated: “The event details and risk assessment shared with us and Kent Police did not give rise to concerns.”
“Media coverage of the event, however, does indicate that the measures agreed were not followed and that rules were breached.”
“We are now working closely with Kent Police who are leading on the investigation and will be taking appropriate action.”
