A teen girl from Illinois high school has come up with a corona based prom outfit made with duct tape and it has made the social media go gaga.

The 18 yr old Peyton Manker is the one who had created this after she came across ‘Duct Tape’s 2020 Stuck at Prom Contest’ back in January and started creating the base of the outfit. By the time of March, her senior prom and graduation were called off due to the ongoing COVID-19.

So she decided to make the outfit based on the virus and stated: “I wanted to showcase what’s going on because so many people around the world have been affected by this pandemic in some way.”

The dress was all blue with corona virus-based with vibrant colorful zoom calls with students in caps and dress and a team of healthcare workers with masks. And a person is seen with bubbles above him which indicates people who are suffering from mental illness and social distancing.

Further, Peyton said: “I had that front and center because so many people have been feeling isolated and worried or scared about the situation we’re in.”

The recent pass out from Sparta High School continued saying her design was “FLATTEN THE CURVE” face mask and circular purse with red spikes to illustrate the shape of the virus. She included a hairpiece with the words “Separately Together” and an anklet that read “This Too Shall Pass.”

“It was to let people know that even though we are apart, we can still get through this together. The pandemic will pass eventually,” Manker said.
