Gear up to watch repeats of ’13 Reasons Why’ as it is coming to an end with its season 4. The news was confirmed by Netflix on Monday stating that the final season will be premiered from June 5th.
The final season will witness Liberty High school seniors prepping for their graduation but prior to biding goodbye, they are to wrap a vicious secret and as well as be ready to encounter “heartbreaking choices” that will affect their future life.
The series which was adapted from the popular novel of Jay Asher in 2007 will also have 10 episodes in the last season. Further, the 1st season saw storyline from the book focusing on the actual tapes the teen Hannah Baker who shares to several of her colleagues stating the reasons of her suicide and the later seasons saw her pal Clay Jensen in the main plot and a case that occurs between the school and Hannah’s parents and so on.
With the end of every season, the series had mixed reviews with many audiences and critics appreciating for being bold to show issues like ‘mental health sexual assault, bullying and violence.’
Post a year of the series debut the online streamer added disclaimers for every season warning audiences on its concepts. Adding to this they gave support through toll-free numbers and online websites for people battling with mental health problems.
