Sharing a tweet on his page Elon Musk stated that: “Tesla will now move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada immediately.” Musk continued that the firm has sued against the Alameda County.
Frankly, this is the final straw. Tesla will now move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada immediately. If we even retain Fremont manufacturing activity at all, it will be dependen on how Tesla is treated in the future. Tesla is the last carmaker left in CA.

As per a study from the Hopkins University, an approx of 2715 have died in California to COVID-19. As of March 23 rd all the “basic operations” have been halted in Tesla Fremont location which is close to San Francisco due to “shelter in place” that was issued in Alameda County.
Fremont plant has 10,000 employees and produces about 415,000 automobiles for a year. As of now, the California state has relaxed some rules this week permitting businesses to reopen their operations. However, few “Bay Area” counties have framed their own rules, and business in those localities may resume on priority.
In particular, Alameda remains close till the end of May, and Elon stated that the factory’s future is doubtful over there and shared saying: “If we even retain Fremont manufacturing activity at all, it will be dependen[t] on how Tesla is treated in the future.”
Prior to his tweet, the Alameda County stated that: “We welcome Tesla’s proactive work on a reopening plan so that once they fit the criteria to reopen, they can do so in a way that protects their employees and the community at large.”
Musk’s Girlfriend and singer Grimes has given birth to a son last week has received a whopping sum of $14bn (£11bn) off Tesla worth stating that the price was way too more.
Moreover, he has funded around 1,200 ventilators to healthcare centers for treating COVID-19.
