Mickey and Minnie Arrives at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Now Disney’s most favorite couple, Mickey and Minnie take the lead of de-tour at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Runaway Railway is set to open on March 4, 2020, for tourists and visitors. The comprehensive ride is designed to take people into the unpredictable twists, slapstick comedy, cartoon shorts, and scenic illusions. A catchy theme song exclusively created for Mickey and Minnie’s ride named as ‘Perfect Picnic’ is also played to the guests.

Executive Creative Director of Disney told reporters that “Creating the story was a really fun challenge because Mickey and Minnie, they don’t really have any jobs, per se, so how do you hang your design hat on that?” He also added “I know it’s working because a couple of weeks ago I saw a construction worker in a hard hat … singing the song. You can’t get it out of your head.”

No phones or recording devices allowed for the ride and guests were supposed to put their phones in a sealed envelope. Authorities said the ride will give the sound, feel and look of a real cartoon short and promises an authentic cartoon cadence feel.

“Our engineering family, our team working on the attraction, are putting so much love into this, every nook and cranny, every square inch, said Rafferty, who has been an Imagineer for 42 years and added this is at the top of his favorite attractions. “And why? Because it’s Mickey and Minnie.”
